  That's Bad! Is a story of a series of events that at first seem either good or bad and then turn out to be the opposite. For this reason, this book could be a great tool in the classroom for In this story a young boy goes to the zoo where his parents buy him a big red balloon/5. The book is beautifully written. The language and flow is great and Ms Locke is s clearly multi talented. But I guess the content is more of my issue. The title gives the impression that the book is a tell all about her and Clint. In reality she writes /5(93). A type of book which we hardly seem to produce in these days, but which flowered with great richness in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, is what Chesterton called the “good bad book”: that is, the kind of book that has no literary pretensions but which remains readable when more serious productions have perished.   Other times, if the book is described as being in very good condition or better, I’ll buy it “blind” and hope for a great surprise when it arrives. When I bought Glittering Girl, it was the first time I had ever seen the American edition in dust jacket available for sale and I bought it “blind” hoping for a really unique cover.
